Lava Hills Estates is year round access. The roads are county maintained and are on the school bus route, so they will be clear in the winter and a priority road. It is located about 5 miles North of Lava town site off of Blazer Hwy. The residences is a mix of full time and vacation homes. The lots range from 2-5 acres. This was an old farm field before it was developed, so it is not wooded, but is great for horses barns etc., mostly flat with a slight slope. They have power in the road (Rocky Mountain Power). Directions to this subdivision: Follow Hwy 30 just past Lava Hot Springs and just past the KOA and turn Left (north) on Blaser Hwy, also known as Old Hwy 30, and follow about 3 miles. Turn Left on Symmons Rd, Left on Byinngton and Right on Pheasant. This area is Lava Hills. Just Past Lava Hills on RedFox Rd, andBald Eagle Way is Indian Falls.
