Liz has been Licensed since 2002. Liz Started the List with Liz Team in 2016 so she could further support her customers and clients as her business is growing. List with Liz Team is consistently in the Top 20% of Realtors for closed Transactions and was the #2 Team to close the most transactions in 2019 & 2020 in the Keller Williams Realty Northwest Region. The team is comprised of Liz Rutger, Team Leader and Listing Specialist; Licensed Agents, Jesse Baeza- Hablo Española, and Kerry Countryman, Licensed administrative assistant.
The Team closes and average of 150 Transactions per year, and increasing more every year. Together we will work for you to make your Transaction a smooth one.
Liz Rutger
Liz Rutger was raised in Lava Hot Springs Idaho and started her Real Estate Career right out of high school at 19 years old. Starting as young female in 2002-A rough market-She had to dig deep to make her way, which carved out a work ethic and desire to help other accomplish their Real Estate goals. In shifting Markets and the ever changing ways of reaching the public, Liz is not afraid to change the mold and embrace new ideas. Liz has had many years of experience as a Realtor in Southeast Idaho. She has extensive knowledge of the area, her home town Lava, and the surrounding communities such as Pocatello, Chubbuck, American Falls and Marsh Valley. She was awarded the Realtor of the Year in 2008. She has served in Pocatello Leadership, Director and Program Coordinator for the Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors Board, sat on the Professional Standards Committee for several years for her local Association, and is currently serving on the Grievance Code of Ethics Committee for the Idaho Association of Realtors.
When Liz is not working, she enjoys being outside and taking advantage of Idaho's 4 seasons with her Family! Believe it or not, Winter is her favorite!
Jesse Baeza
Jesse moved to Idaho at a very young age and has embraced the Idaho lifestyle since childhood. He has extensive sales management experience and will put those skills to work for you. He will listen to your wants and needs and will help you to find exactly what you are looking for. He became part of the List with Liz Team in 2021 and has contributed to the team’s great success. Jesse is a fluent Spanish speaker and is able to assist the community in ways that the team was unable previously. When he is not working he enjoys all of the outdoor activities that Idaho has to offer. He also loves to travel and to support local festivities with his wife and two kids. Kerry is our Behind the scene licensed agent. She loves the administrative side. We love that she keeps everything in order while we are out in the front line with our Customers. Kerry was raised in American Falls. She received a degree in Mathematics from Southwest Baptist University in Missouri. Kerry has been in Real Estate administration since 2003 starting out in Central Texas and joined us in 2014. When Kerry is not dotting our i’s and crossing out t’s, She loves to cook.
